NEW YEAR’S HABITS VS RESOLUTIONS

Happy New Year, Everyone!

I don’t know what it is about going from December 31 to January 1, literally one day to another, but it’s powerful! There’s a sense of a clean slate, a fresh start and that anything is possible. It’s also a time when people sit down to make their New Year’s Resolutions list. For those of you who have been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’m not really a fan of New Year’s Resolutions. The reason being is that the whole process is inherently flawed. In other words, 92 percent of people will fail to keep these promises that they made to themselves. Do you really want to set yourself up for failure…again? Of course not!

Would you like to find out how you can set yourself up for success and avoid the pitfalls that prevent us from accomplishing our goals and dreams? Let’s see what Brendon Burchard, Jack Canfield and Stephen Covey, the three leading world experts on habits and success have to say.

Whether it’s improving your health, your relationships or going on your dream vacation, what I’m going to share with you will help you to achieve that and more! Plus, I’ll show you how you can start literally rewiring your brain with supportive habits in as little as 20 seconds!
